We maintain a dedicated microneedle research, development and manufacturing hub in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. Supported by a 4,000+ square-metre R&D centre staffed by a team of over 40 master's and doctoral-level researchers, we operate supplementary production facilities across Shanghai, Guangzhou and Changzhou.

Our entire microneedle manufacturing system holds ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certifications, with a maximum daily output capacity of 1 million units for dissolvable microneedle products.

We deliver end-to-end microneedle solutions encompassing formulation customization, mould development, prototyping, mass production and comprehensive OEM / ODM services for dissolvable microneedle patches and PLA-based solid microneedle devices.

To underpin our peptide operations, our in-house R&D centre houses multiple full-scale peptide production lines, equipped with large-format peptide synthesizers, imported high-performance HPLC analytical and preparative systems, and GMP-compliant clean laboratories.
